A legendary appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show in ’56, seen by nearly 60 million people and a legend was born…even if it was only from the waist up!
I’m not a fan but found myself drawn to the image of Elvis, as contemporary legendary figures go he’s pretty hard to ignore.

NIce! I guess I wasn't the only one who drew Elvis for the IF. I had a Frankenstein Elvis too. Maybe I should upload that as well. It's 2 legends in 1.
Dear Mark,

Great design overall, and the dog is the best!!
How fabulous! Love the b/w, with just a touch of color for the TV. Do you think the little doggie is taking it as an insult?
We just had a Sock Hop at our school, and so many of the faculty came with big black Elvis wigs. It was fantastic!
Great style!! I love this little white dog!

this is awesome and the little white snowy dog is too cute
Nice take on something that could easily have been cliche. Well done :-)
Really cool piece! Really love how the dog evokes that old RCA feel. Great textures.
